At what point do you become a legend in the biz? It's hard to pinpoint exactly when seven-time AVN Award Winner, Herschel Savage, in a long career that includes more than 1100 scenes, went from stunt dick to living legend. Maybe it was when the hottest ladies in the industry, from the '70s to today, started asking to work with him. His resume includes lead roles in such porn classics as Bodies in Heat, Amanda by Night 2, and even the original Debbie Does Dallas! Herschel studied acting under Broadway greats but grew disillusioned with the competition for roles, and decided to break into porn. This hard-working porn star remembers shooting his first scenes in some grim, seedy New York lofts, but distinguished himself for not having any trouble getting his huge cock stiff and keeping it that way for day-long porn shoots. "When the camera starts rolling, there's pressure," Herschel explains. "I never felt it."
